Getting started
Using QualityControl
Using QualityControl isn’t rocket science. You can get up and running in two simple steps:
Open the Preset Manager
panel by clicking this button:
The 'Preset Manager' button
The Preset Manager
panel is where all the saved properties from your project are stored and displayed.
The 'Preset Manage' panel
There are three tabs: Low
, Medium
and High
and each represents a QualityControl preset.
In order to save a property to a preset, all we do is click one or more properties, hover over the panel and click the +
button. Those properties are then added to the preset which is selected in the panel. In this case, as we’re in the Low
tab, they are added to the Low
preset. There are other ways to add properties with the Shortcut Buttons, but we’ll get to that later.

When you’re ready to switch between the presets, all you do is click one of the preset buttons and all your saved properties are changed, project wide, in an instant. And that’s it!
