Here are some known errors you may come across whilst using Pre-compose Pro.
A. Pre-compose Pro cannot find the After Effects preferences folder on your machine. This means that it can’t fetch your label names or colors.

A. There are more than one preferences file on your machine. This can sometimes happen if you have had After Effects installed in several languages. Please go to After Effects Preferences > Startup & Repair > Reveal Preferences in Finder and ensure there is only one of each of the following files in your current After Effects language:

Adobe After Effects 24.5 MC Prefs
Adobe After Effects 24.5 Prefs-effects.txt
Adobe After Effects 24.5 Prefs-indep-composition.txt
Adobe After Effects 24.5 Prefs-indep-general.txt
