Open the settings window by clicking the Help button.

This is where you set your prefix, represented by the [p] placeholder.
This is where you set your suffix, represented by the [s] placeholder.
This is where you set your default name. You can use all placholders when creating your default name.
If you are on macOS, you will see these buttons. The Add button adds the default shortcut Cmd+Shift+C to Pre-compose Pro and removes it from the native Pre-compose tool. The Reset button undoes this action.
